Business Requirements Analyst Jobs

Working knowledge in a minimum of one of the following:

Experience with DOORS Next or Jama Connect is desirable

INCOSE ASEP certification is desirable

Good communication skills and English fluency

Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi- disciplined team

Experience of delivery within major infrastructure projects

3+ years of experience implementing visualizations for a wide variety of business audiences-executives, operational managers and customer facing teams.

Interacts with business stakeholders to gather business requirements and create user stories.

Captures and documents business requirements specifications for reporting and information requests.

Translates requirements into user stories.

5+ years of experience working with relational and dimensional database schemas.

5+ years of experience creating data models using PowerBI.

You have experience using system level simulation tools, such as MATLAB and experience using requirement management tools, such as DOORS.

You have experience with IBM DOORS/ELM or other requirement management tools.

Working closely with the Hardware and Mechanical engineering teams for the battery pack development requirements, tracking and management.

Working on ad hoc related tasks or projects provided by management.

Working with various cross-functional teams to develop requirements for new Battery System features, diagnostics, algorithms, etc.

Developing system level and sub-system level requirements and specification documents working with the optical, electrical and mechanical design teams.

Education, or equivalent training and experience, in one of these industries: Benefits, Insurance, Finance or Pension Administration

Strong client relationship management skills required

Work experience in Benefits Administration organization is an asset

Participates in analysis discussions with internal, client and external vendor stakeholders to ensure the provision requirements match the technical specifications

Participates in creation and periodic review and update of department template requirement materials

Maintains requirements documents templates with new released functionalities
