Business Relationship Coordinator Jobs

Coordinates the management of databases; ensures alignment and integration of data in adherence with data governance standards.

Develops, maintains, and executes a business plan, including relationship management strategies, to achieve customer retention objectives.

Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Understands customer needs and offers financial solutions that meet customer goals.

Develops client rapport and instils confidence to develop credibility and earn their trust as relationship manager.

Adheres to business banking lending processes, policies, procedures, legal, regulatory, audit, and ethical requirements.

5+ years with prior sales / relationship management experience in the financial services industry, with familiarity in advisor practice management

1-3 years of people management experience

Strong organizational skills: demonstrated ability to manage growing team while also meeting own responsibilities

Demonstrates effective and timely use of the customer relationship management system and expense reporting system

Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in making decisions necessary for enhancing the relationship management process

Proven relationship management acumen and prospecting aptitude

Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills.

You effectively manage operational, regulatory & credit risk to ensure ATB's risk tolerance is adhered to.

Demonstrated experience analyzing financial data and structuring credit recommendations.

Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
