Maintain a contact list in Diabsolut’s internal Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)

Oversee contracts and contract management repositories in SharePoint and MS Teams

Track all certifications, trainings, voucher codes, and training expenses within Diabsolut practices

Experience with MS Teams, DevOps, Salesforce and SharePoint , Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Provide administrative support to the Operations team and its clients

Plan events and coordinate meetings for Diabsolut practices for both virtual and in-person events

- Graduate studies in marketing, management, finance, or a related discipline, finishing soon

- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

- Superior verbal, written, and communication skills

The candidate must follow all the following criterias:

· Be able to legally work in Canada

· Be a Canadian Citizen or a permanent resident

2 or more years of relevant work experience in business analysis. Experience in Financial Services, especially Insurance would be an asset

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills while working in a face-paced environment with changing priorities

Experience with process mapping and/or process design

Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to adjust for different audiences

Excellent interpersonal and client management skills, with the ability to grasp customer-centric design principles.

Strong relationship management skills with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Knowledge and experience in using SSRS Report Builder

Working Conditions and Work from Home requirements:

Managing deliverables and schedules ensuring data reporting requirements are completed within established timelines for medium to large sized initiatives/requests

Experience with architecture and information architecture would be considered an asset.

You have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

You have experience working with analyzing large quantities of data

Working knowledge of Excel is a plus, but not required

Spotting and correcting errors during the content digitization process

Developing solutions for reducing error rates by leveraging systems and processes

Analyzing operational processes to drive continuous improvement for quality and capacity issues
