Business Integration Specialist Jobs in Ontario

Defining business problems/opportunities, providing a clear definition, and performing benefit analysis

Performing functional analysis and design, defining, and documenting detailed business requirements and the usability perspective of the project

Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills

Basic working knowledge of individual insurance products and our distribution channels would be beneficial

Experience in different project methodologies like Agile, Iterative, Incremental and Waterfall would be beneficial

Performing business and systems analysis and design, articulating the logical design alternatives, and recommending appropriate solutions

Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with a disability(ies) or an exceptionality(ies)

High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or Sport Certification and QUEST 2 Certification, considered an asset

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Safeguard certification from an accredited organization, or ability to obtain within 1 month of date of hire

Assist with supervising, scheduling, training and evaluating part-time staff and volunteers to maintain high level of service

Assist with conducting pre-program visits with new families and ensuring the participant profile is accurately completed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology Management or related discipline and/or equivalent relevant work experience

8+ years of experience in digital business integration & portfolio management

Alignment and KPI management with Audi AG (global), Audi Canada and Volkswagen Group Canada

Work with Audi and Group finance controlling to secure and manage digital budget

Integrate business goals and requirements into the overall customer ecosystem and digital strategy

Support the development of key product documentation including business, legal, technical, marketing, and support requirements

Advanced knowledge of all phases of software implementation including management, business process re-engineering, data conversion, technical configuration, product integration and education

Provide product feedback and recommendations to product management based on client experience in integration projects.

Strong knowledge of Project Management techniques

Conduct walk-thru of interface strategy with management, project teams and client to ensure compliance and completeness.

Maintain a thorough and up to-date understanding of all ADP product offerings and related functional capabilities and processing workflows.

Understanding of MSSQL data management

Extensive knowledge and experience of desktop application deployment and software application packaging using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager SCCM CB

Knowledge in M365 and InTune Co-management

Excellent network administration, analytical, technical, communication (written and oral), organizational and project management skills;

Under the direction of the Manager, Service Management the successful candidate will:

Participate on core teams and provide recommendations towards the implementation of an Information Technology infrastructure and service management strategy;

Extensive knowledge and experience in desktop image build using task sequence
