5 years or more experience in a business consulting, technology advisory, change management, or program development role

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities

Work with the PI and Project Manager to revise the project work plan as needed to achieve project deliverables.

Assist with the administration of intervention evaluation, including data entry and analysis of evaluation data .

Assist with the training of community-based facilitators to support program.

Maintain program fidelity during delivery in multiple sites.

Effectively run and maintain the program facilitation and evaluation functions of the project.

Manage the administration of the Performance Management process through Dayforce

Develop and update training materials and content to provide effective performance management conversations and step by step process guides

Conduct audits of performance management forms & goals and modify process, training and communications as required

Support other performance management projects as they arise

Familiarity with performance management and employee development concepts.

Event management and/or promotion experience

Experience working in SaaS or education technology industry

2+ years of experience working in a marketing, communications, or business environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and writing for the web

Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a remote-first environment, particularly for project collaboration

Experience with Student Information Systems (SIS)

Experience in the successful delivery and management of project-based work as a project manager or project coordinator (or equivalent role)

Support project management activities (e.g., coordination, preparation and/or review of project budgets, expenditure reports, invoicing, etc.)

Experience in the application of online and virtual engagement methods including social media, remote engagement tactics, survey design, and more

Five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement or communications, preferably in the consulting environment

IAP2, CPRS, IABC membership or certification is an asset

Experience leading the development and implementation of communications and engagement programs for a range of audiences and project types

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities as assigned

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus effectively

Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects through a combination of influence and direct authority

A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills who can generate options, build consensus, and execute with excellence

Possesses a balance of strategic, technical, operational and tactical leadership skills; demonstrated ability to operationalize learning best practices

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Training or experience with trauma-informed community engagement is preferred.

Training in equity, diversity and inclusion is preferred, as well as experience in applying these principles to engagement projects.

Experience in planning and facilitating public, stakeholder, and rights holder engagement processes.

Experience with integrating gamification in engagement, and applying design thinking to processes, is preferred.

Experience working with various levels of governments, Indigenous communities, public/institutional agencies, non-profit organizations, tenants, as well as equity deserving groups.
