Post-secondary education/ degree in business administration/commerce, marketing, engineering or project management fields or any relevant education

Maintain customer data in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and manage customer files’ progress during the acquisition process

Supplier management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities

Proven success in prospecting and developing a territory gained through 4 plus years of sales experience

Demonstrated excellent skills for selling and a strong customer service orientation

• Making/Packing System good knowledge of Weight, Temperature, Pressure, Level and Flow.

• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, loop checking, modification, upgradation, assessment and troubleshooting for Making System.

BE (Electonics, Instrumentation and control)

Writing making Recipes in Siemens Software .

• Running Simulations for recipes and routing for approvals.

• Able to support EO projects and provide the support to Team for PC&IS and Programming needs.

Experience in engaging business stakeholders and documenting requirements

Gain knowledge and understanding of internal business systems (in-house built and third party) and what business processes they facilitate

Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and translate into requirements and feature requests

Completion of relevant post-secondary education

Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in software development

In depth experience working with large, complex databases and queries (SQL Server and TSQL)

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure; manage client expectations well and be able to work on several projects simultaneously.

Hands on experience with the current versions of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Tagged-Text(HTML, XML, SOAP CSS Etc.) and JavaScript.

Working Knowledge of ERP database table/structures, Linux and Microsoft operating system commands.

Knowledge of handheld device development and Oracle Mobile Application Framework (Oracle MAF) is an asset.

Self-driven, self-initiated IT technique lover that pursued in depth as well as width on IT current approaches.

Able to learn new technology and solution methodology efficiently.

5+ years experience in related supply chain roles; Prior management experience preferred

Project and change management experience

Knowledge and experience implementing best practice process improvements and using business functionality of SAP

Provide knowledge transfers to end-users for system changes and upgrades

Support knowledge transfers to users for system changes / upgrades / new migrations

In-depth and broad knowledge of SAP modules and functionality, with specific focus in OTC

·Bachelor of Food Science degree or equivalent education and work experience

·Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, Canadian and US labelling regulations will be an asset

·Work closely with cross functional teams to develop new products from concept to commercialization

·Create and develop new products from ideation into benchtop prototypes, then tweak formulations according to customer’s feedback

·Coordinate sample shipments to ensure all customer sample requests are met within deadlines

·Organize and perform scale up production plant trials, problem solve and make recommendations should problems arise

5+ years as a Manager or Supervisory role with excellent leadership, coaching and mentoring skills

Business Systems Manager, Key Qualifications

Excellent logic skills with the ability to enhance entire existing processes, systems, or product

7+ years of experience as a Business Objects Developer

Experience working with databases (Oracle), data modelling, SQL

Support requests for new reports

Implement changes to current reports

Troubleshoot issues with data relationships

Team of 4-6 recruiters currently, which is managed by an Account Manager, who have been with our client for 7 years

Experience working in the light industrial staffing recruiting environment is a plus OR a strong interest in that field

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
