3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, plus at least 1 year of managing another business application.

Give quality implementation services to our clients, with a proven focus on customer service, business expertise, and time management

Map the requirements of the client to industry best practices to improve efficiencies using the NorthStar solutions

5+ years of experience working in the Utilities industry or 5+ years of application consulting experience in a software solution environment

Experience working with both business and IT groups

Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to examine information and make informed, unbiased conclusions quickly and effectively

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Sound knowledge and experience in business analysis methodology, project execution and business process management

· Experience with business intelligence & analytics, data management

· Knowledge and experience with large scale multifunctional IT implementation initiatives.

· Work across various business capabilities while depicting relationships between the business outcomes and various system components.

· Responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis for complex business transformation initiatives.

· Prepare Business Requirements Documents, including functional/non-functional requirements.
