Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Adheres to company safety programs in compliance with Legislative requirements, Bus Operators Manual and the Collective Agreement

Conduct MTO testing for driver license renewal as per Driver Certification Program.

Grade 12 Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or General Educational Diploma (GED)

3 to 5 years’ experience in Motor Coach operations

Certified trainer of Professional Instructor in Driver Education (PRIDE)

Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for the details

Solid communications skills with a natural ability to build authentic relationships

Strong background in underwriting principles and working knowledge of insurance software (Acturis , WIP and WIES )

Minimum two years' experience in Regional Underwriting with a Insurance Broker Level2 license

Work collaboratively with Branch Managers and Insurance Advisors to provide crucial product training to support our growth strategy

5+ years of experience in the K-12 education field

Demonstrated experience as a training facilitator with extensive knowledge of prevention, recovery, evidence-based treatment of addiction and mental illness

Experience in prevention settings and knowledge of the dynamics of substance use disorder and its effect on individuals, families and communities.

Experience implementing prevention programming in the context of education systems and community prevention

Bachelor’s degree in education or related field

Master’s Degree in education, health, human services, counseling or related field

Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills

Experience and knowledge with performance testing + analysis and communication of results

Highly effective facilitation and presentation skills (experience in training and facilitation is an asset)

Enthusiastically facilitate iTrain Courses on and off-site, adhering to iTrain standards, procedures, and course requirements.

Update internal CRM with certifications, notes and scheduling for accurate record keeping.

Ensure detailed record keeping of course participants, certifications, and payment methods.

Build and maintain knowledge base of competitors and consumer/client trends in the marketplace/ industry, integrating this information into strategic recommendations.
