Brand Experience Designer Jobs in Quebec

Experience in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite applications. Working knowledge of After Effects or experience working with motion designers preferred.

5+ years experience at agency/in-house, concepting and art directing ideas for brand and product advertising.

Experience working closely and collaborating with agencies and production partners to execute concepts at the highest level.

Experience designing, art directing and articulating creative decisions.

Experience bringing ideas to life with high quality comps and prototypes.

Demonstrated experience leading design on high impact, successful brand experiences and products

Proven experience mentoring designers and steering work with clarity and actionable direction

Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and leaders

Knowledge of when to zoom in and out of the work to maintain quality and momentum

A deep foundation and understanding of intricacies in graphic design and user experience design within digital brand and creative disciplines

Solid verbal and presentation skills that get across the process, approach, and impact of your design

Build a passionate army of brand ambassadors. Develop and manage an engaging brand rep program, empowering advocates to promote our products.

Customer service experience with focus on exceptional service. Beauty or consumer product industry experience is a plus.
