3+ years of experience in a similar role

·Work with the manager and team to improve existing JDE HCM/Payroll solutions.

·Gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive user documentation.

·Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent.

·At least 5 years of experience with JDE Payroll/HCM, preferably in a business environment.

·Bilingual proficiency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).

·Collaborate with Canadian customers to optimize their utilization of information systems.

Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent work experience

Minimum 2 years related work experience in audit/quality/fraud/clinic setting

Experience within a paramedical or other clinic setting considered an asset

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to manage multiple demands with tight deadlines is necessary.

Understanding of Health Claims processes and business knowledge would be an asset.

Effective organization and time management skills

Create, maintain and update knowledge base customer facing articles in ServiceNow

Experience with ServiceNow and Salesforce.com

Understanding of Adult Education principles and processes

Excellent communications skills including written, verbal and presentation

Skilled in development, facilitating and evaluating
