Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist Jobs

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations, construction management or related technical field, required

Excellent time and territory management skills

Develop, analyze, and manage business plans related to the customer database to effectively maintain and grow Tool Service Solutions

Identify the key customer roles and understand their responsibilities and needs; obtain

During Solution Implementations, define/manage overall project schedule; assign tasks/deadlines to project team as necessary during execution of work

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred

Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company’s Quality Management System

Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

This is a fully remote contract position and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in Canada

Liaise and advocate with insurance providers and provincial governments as necessary to determine coverage options

Keep detailed notes in the patient’s electronic chart

3-5 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management, insurance, pharmacy, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries; customer service and/or reimbursement.

Develop and maintain relationships with private/public payers, manufacturers and plan sponsors. Apply knowledge and insights to enhance Specialty Pharmacy service offerings.

Drive continual process improvements to enhance work efficiencies and optimize member experience. Provide training to internal team members as required.

Maintain and manage standard operating procedures and specialty medication funding program database.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Knowledge of the private or public drug reimbursement would be an asset.

Engage with customers remotely and in person. Up to 40% travel may be required.

Experience with U.S. market access conditions and health policy trends.

Experience with integrated administrative systems (e.g., Banner) or in an expense management software.

Demonstrated professionalism, and excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, with especially strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Prepare manual cheque requests for processing; identifying claims requiring Vendor Maintenance and redirecting as required.

Monitoring inbox and responding to inquiries or redirect to appropriate team.

Collaborating with Reimbursements Team on process improvements.

Data analysis and research skills, including comfort with Microsoft Excel and database management
