Bilingual Billing Supervisor Jobs

Manages, coaches and leads a team of up to 15 employees

Hold the team accountable and balance the requirements for customer service and productivity.

Post-Secondary Diploma or equivalent demonstrated Work Experience, minimum 7-10 years, preferably in a Repair Center

Minimum 1-2 years prior experience leading a team

Proficient computer skills and aptitude, including usage of Microsoft Excel, Outlook Messenger.

Minimum 2 years of experience in People Management (direct report or cross-functional)

Management and accountability for implementing system changes

Liaise with various consultants and auditors: external, internal and government auditors (i.e., Canada Revenue Agency, Ministry of Finance of Ontario

Minimum of 5 years of practical accounting experience with an emphasis on revenue and billing

Knowledge of TAILS or similar flight record reconciliation programs.

Knowledge of the Retail Sales Tax Act and Goods & Services Tax to ensure compliance with tax rules

Completed Post-Secondary Education in Finance or Accounting field;

Set-up and manage billing terms in the system for an assigned portfolio of projects and clients;

Additional duties include reconciliation of billing, data entry, filing, and obtaining/organizing supporting documentation including preparation of reports and spreadsheets as needed;

Previous related billing experience is an asset;

Self-motivated and analytical with a strong attention to detail with proven organization and problem-solving skills;

Intermediate skills with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Manage deposits, collections, supplier invoices and payment management

5 years experience in a billing environment

Collegial diploma or equivalent experience

Good knowledge of Office, Google Workspace

Working knowledge of accounting software Acomba

Prepare and validate all automatic payments as per contracts for all clients

Experience in an accounting or billing role is strongly preferred, prior leadership experience is a plus.

Capable of learning new systems, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Business Objects is a plus.

Advanced computer skills are required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Must have excellent customer service skills.
