What You Need To Know

You have 5+ years of experience and management in banking and payment processing from both a B2B and B2C lens

Manage our selfie verification dashboard, and other relevant tooling, to increase new application approval rates and minimize friction

Own key third-party vendor relationships that strengthen the customer experience

You have managed and owned projects that are focused on data investigation

You have experience managing multiple core vendors, and are well-versed in stakeholder relationships

You consider yourself to be an exceptional project manager and handle context switching between projects and stakeholders with ease

Cash management experience is an asset

Regular interaction with internal business units and Banks to resolve payment/receipt queries and general Cash Management issues

Post-secondary program or equivalent experience

Minimum of 1 years’ full-time experience in the financial services industry particularly in a Banking role

Strong knowledge of Banking transactions

Good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate well with internal departments, vendors and clients

What You Need To Know

Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Industry experience is a requirement.

Expert relationship management skills to build and nurture key relationships across ATB and with external stakeholders.

Product Management / Business Analysis certification is an advantage.

Proven experience eliciting (discovering), scoping, analyzing, specifying, validating and documenting product requirements through collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.

Preference for commercial lending domain knowledge and experience is a differentiator.

Collaborate as you work closely with stakeholders, peers, and other areas to define product requirements.

Conduct quality assurance reviews for the Team Manager as directed

Undergraduate degree in Finance or equivalent

Sound knowledge of banking platforms, clearing streams, ACH, SWIFT

Proven track record and solid experience within AML roles

Adhere to structures and processes in place for the management of credit, operational, reputation and regulatory risk.

You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.

1. 7+ years of previous experience as a Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager/Senior PM with Scrum experience
