Create project schedules, manage milestones, change orders and invoicing.

Attend project and safety meetings to discuss environmental hazards, risks, requirements, and mitigation measures.

Prepare updates as required to meet internal reporting / communication requirements.

Post-secondary education in a related discipline.

Inform and report on Site Management Team on site conditions

Develop and build working relationship with managers, construction team and trades

1+ year of construction experience and/or vocational training

Knowledge of multiple trades functions and use of tools

Effective customer service and communication skills

Collect and dispose of debris at construction sites complying with waste recycling programs
