Automobile Damage Repair Estimator Jobs

Organizational skills/Time Management: Strong planning and organizational skills, with an ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously

Qualifications, Experience and other requirements:

Conflict Management: Frames discussions positively, takes action to resolve conflict, while minimizing tension

Photograph vehicle damages as per shop policy and insurer requirement. Ensuring photos are high quality.

At least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Collision Estimator

At least 3 years’ experience with Mitchell Connect and Audatex at a proficiency level

Experience using Craftsman Management System or similar platform;

Demonstrated time management, problem solving, critical thinking and sound judgement skills;

Supports management of shop in alignment with The Craftsman Way (TCW);

Identifies and orders parts from the management system after completing repair plan;

Reviews vehicle history in Craftsman Management System;

Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered;

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or automotive position

Must have experience with Mitchell

Assess structural components of a vehicle

Adhering to and applying insurance guidelines

Working with Body Technicians through the dismantle process
