Automated Systems Optimization Coordinator Jobs

Basic knowledge of Intelcom sorting operations is a definite asset

Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently;

During sorting, understand and respond to system alerts and common troubleshooting issues to minimize impact on operations;

Great communication with the operations team and support teams;

Perform some basic maintenance activities (e.g. removing some sensors, doing some visual inspections, etc.);

Interest in computer systems and mechanics;

Working knowledge of applicable regulations, legislation and collective agreements.

Ensures all relevant audits are conducted and completed prior to timecard being exported to Payroll.

Prepares and/or ensures the preparation of relevant reference material and documentation to enable consistent application of practices within area.

Demonstrated ability to lead staff and foster a motivating, engaging and respectful workplace.

Demonstrated ability to work and lead within a matrix reporting structure.

Proven proficiency leading collaborative practice with a process of continuous communication and shared decision-making among healthcare providers.

Post-secondary studies in business administration, architecture, engineering or supply chain management.

Automated Systems Optimization , Knowledge And Skills

Knowledge of distribution standard opereations procedures

Experience working in a warehouse / WMS.

Good PC skills, MS Word, MS Excel – A test will be administered.
