Minimum requirement of Certified Instructor, Certified Official qualification or Degree from accredited Athletic Therapy program. Other certification required are as follows:
AFLCA Cycling designation, TRX and/or Kettlebell certification, or Barre certification
Valid First Responder and BLS Certification
Advanced Certification, a Diploma or Degree in Kinesiology is preferred
Any Sport Officiating Level II certification would be an asset
Participant Related experience is required

Reporting operationally to the Acumen Reconditioning Manager, and functionally to the Acumen Medical Director, CEO and Owner/Founder.
Promptly convey all pertinent information to the Acumen Reconditioning Manager while actively participating in periodic meetings and reporting.
0-2 years of Certified Athletic Therapy experience
Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Strength and conditioning certification (NSCA, NASM) not required; however, considered an asset.

Previous experience working with high performance athletes, in a team environment, in a multi-sport environment or at an PSO/NSO level
Preferred experience working in high performance sport
