• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or related field
• Certification in Training and Development or related field
• Experience in training and development

• Knowledge of technology used to deliver training
What is Associate Trainer Experience?
• Previous experience in training and development
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs
