Associate Strategic Planner Jobs

Leadership and project management experience within a public sector environment would be considered an asset

Develop, implement, and measure department performance management framework(s) for long-term evaluation and improvement

Review and adjust (as required) the Performance Management Framework and measures to ensure alignment with strategic/business plans

Considerable knowledge and experience developing, managing and/or working with performance measures, linkages to general budget, strategic and business plans

Experience and skill in the use of analytics, and data intelligence to support decision making processes

Ability to assertively build effective working relationships with all levels of management, and demonstrated comfort working with and advising senior leaders

Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides)

Experience with SQL, Looker, or other data visualization tools

Experience in evaluating and forecasting SaaS and subscription business models is considered an asset
