Associate Payroll Manager Jobs in Ontario

Temporary to Permanent position, benefits apply when hired

1-2 years previous billing experience

Payrate - $36,000-38,000 annually, will be paid on a weekly basis

Fulltime, Monday - Friday from 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Generating paper/electronic invoicing to drivers and clients

Ensuring all documentation matches: purchase orders, packing slips, billing documents, time sheets, and etc.

A minimum 8 years of progressive payroll experience; minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management-level role.

Strong issue management skills including organizational skills, interviewing skills, interpersonal skills, conflict management; and information gathering.

Management Incentive and Stock Plans

Excellent computer skills (spreadsheet and word processing) and knowledge of time and attendance systems (i.e. Kronos).

Post secondary education in business admin or HR Management and payroll designation (PCP or CPM)

3+ years supervisory and management experience

5+years experience processing payroll for both union and non-union employees

Strong computer skills with a sound understanding of payroll accounting

3 weeks vacation + sick/personal days

Must be eligible for a secret clearance (10+years in Canada uninterrupted)
