Associate Forecasting Transformation Manager Jobs

Combination of at least five years of experience in pharmaceutical forecasting, product management, market research, or secondary data analysis

Broad and deep therapeutic area knowledge, with advanced skill, expertise in Oncology preferred

3 +years of Canadian forecasting and analytics experience within pharmaceutical/biotech industry

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Demand forecasts for key products Monitor and track performance against monthly demand forecasts.

Revise and update forecast models on a quarterly basis

2+ years of people management experience is an asset

Strong collaborator but work well independently and can manage multiple projects / responsibilities

Adjust workforce requirements based on changing/dynamic forecasts; reforecasting when required

University Degree in an analytical field such as Economics or Business, or equivalent experience.

Intermediate Excel Skills (Advanced formulas such as Sumifs/Countifs), as well as the skills for data manipulation

Salesforce usage and Salesforce reporting skills are as asset with a major emphasis on Salesforce Analytics Studio/Tableau reporting.

Superior leadership and coaching abilities, and understanding and experience in application of change management principles

Partner with key stakeholders to define and apply rigorous prioritization criteria to improve experiences, increase efficiency and maximize business value

Direct the implementation of high impact opportunities for improving the customer experience

Establish key enterprise-wide customer experience metrics to measure success, monitor outcomes and effectively communicate status and progress

Create rigor, discipline, and cadence into the operating plans for prioritizing and delivering on improved experiences for BCAA customers

Experience: 8-10 years of related experience within appropriate business

Ability to communicate with stakeholders for all levels of management

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus in business, finance, engineering, statistics, economics, or any related field.

Experience with Commercial Analytics/Business Analysis models, techniques, procedures and processes and a range of other forecasting models and problem-solving techniques.

In-depth knowledge of various pharmaceutical secondary data sources and their limitations (e.g. IQVIA Rx CD&H, Compuscript, Xponent, IMAM, Pharmastat, etc.).

Good knowledge of excel programming.

Work directly with VP Finance, Business Performance Management to drive the FP&A Transformation program forward

5+ years of progressive FP&A experience

Ability to lead a high preforming team, previous people management experience is beneficial;

Good project management to provide timely updates on reports and analysis.

Manage key credit risk reporting deliverables to complete on time;

Complete credit risk and modelling market research, requirement definition, and model concept development.

4-7 years of experience within consumer lending environment;

Experience building predictive models with SAS;

Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager

Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills

Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

Proficiency in project management software tools

Collect and manage project team

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Post Graduate degree in Human Sciences / Business. Project Management qualification (Advantage)

Strong Project and Programme Management skills

Manage related proposals, communication, service providers, projects, budgets, resourcing, roll-out and change management.

Support and guide all workstreams to ensure successful operational launches and change management

Establish and drive standardised Talent Management, Career Development and Succession Planning best practices across the business

Must have advanced experience modeling in Excel and communicating insights in PowerPoint

Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry data sources/business models is strongly preferred

Working Knowledge of statistical applications/software (MS SQL, Oracle, SPSS, R, etc) and Adobe Workbench, Cognos Toolset are assets

Uncover/identify new and innovative techniques and methodologies that bring leading edge innovation to BI business analytics and the resulting strategy development.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science or Business discipline

Proficiency in advanced mathematics/statistics (regressions, optimization, clustering analysis, predictive modeling etc) and data mining
