Proven experience in sales processes and pipeline management.

Retail or manufacturing background, particularly in Retail Merchandising, Category Management, or Operations, is a plus.

Collaborate with the business development team to manage and optimize the sales pipeline.

Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, opportunities, and sales progress.

Post secondary education - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

3+ years of experience in CPG, Retail, Consulting, or Analytics.
