Strong verbal and written communication skills,

Bachelors Degree or higher with a major in Finance or related studies.

Familiarity and understanding of credit, capital markets, and derivatives.

Some experience with suitability and sales practices surveillance and technical knowledge of retail securities regulatory requirements

To be able to contribute to management’s ability to make informed and risk based decisions on priorities

Contribute to and participate in the global training requirements for communications surveillance

Perform advisory role responsibilities for communications surveillance centric queries and projects globally

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience performing and/or supporting surveillance activities for institutional sales and trading businesses

4+ years of work experience in banking, credit management, or a related field

Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task and manage deadlines effectively

Strong knowledge of banking products, credit analysis, risk assessment, financial forecasting, and financial regulations

Strong market and liquidity evaluation and analytical skills

Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

2-5 years work experience in a related field, including corporate lending, finance and/or risk management.

Advanced financial modeling abilities, as well as superior written and presentation skills

1-2 years of relevant work experience in corporate lending / corporate finance would be an asset but is not required

Highly motivated self-starter with keen attention to detail and strong interest in corporate finance and credit

Knowledge of Bloomberg Portal would be an asset

Proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs

Prepares the Investment Memos for GM/ Director meetings and the Investment Advisory Committee meetings.

Good knowledge of operational risk management industry best practices for Capital Markets products

Previous FO, functions and/or Audit or Risk Management experience is an asset

Document and communicate business/technical requirements, manage the pipeline of enhancements, and providing supporting information as required for maintenance;

Strong analytical skill and experience using business analysis and database querying tools

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Finance preferred

Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills

Solid, demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), Bloomberg, DisclosureNet, Thomson Reuters Eikon, Enterprise Content Management

Conduct vulnerability analysis of both management nominees and dissident nominees for contested or potentially contested election of directors

Experienced team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to liaison with clients, colleagues, management, and senior leaders within any organization

Develop industry-leading intellectual capital and knowledge database on executive compensation, corporate governance, and E&S topics

Review and develop knowledge of the materials for each event in which the department is involved

Work independently in a dynamic work environment through strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills

Completed a three-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to industry and three years of relevant experience

Knowledge of banking, investment, and financial products

Dynamic interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude to exercise initiative and handle several tasks and changing priorities

French language is an asset but not a requirement

Support the Premium Bankers by providing various administrative tasks as well as top-notch service

Experience or background in Data Governance & Management

Assess project change requests and their impacts on requirements, checking for alignment to project benefits at all phase

Proactively identify and track requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints and anticipate and effectively manage risks related to requirements.

8-10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in any industry

3-5 years of strong experience with Confluence
