Associate – Applications Engineering Team Jobs

People management and leadership experience, overseeing 1 to 3 Developers

Manage 4 to 6 developers, including performance management and career development

Work with Test Lead to determine and prioritize the requirements for test automation as well as providing feedback on test plans

Experience working on and delivering enterprise grade software in an Agile environment, specifically web applications utilizing web service APIs.

Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS 3 and related web technologies like Sass/Less, AJAX and JSON

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming

3+ years of engineering management experience

Engineering management and mentorship of 1 - 2 cross-functional, agile engineering teams

Understand and communicate the business domain, and how it affects requirement and implementation detail

In partnership with the Product Managers, develop, execute and influence the product roadmap

Experience with developing or delivering web services, applications, and API’s

Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Engineer or similar role

Experiences in project management or having developed expertise relevant to the position (asset).

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsible for the schedules and budget (costs) of his projects.

Responsible for communications with the customers.

Responsible for cost consolidation during the bidding process of the projects.
