Your main responsibilities will include:

Be knowledgeable of food safety, food security and related regulatory requirements, assuring communication to and compliance by partners and growers

Minimum one-year experience in administrative support or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Daily data entry for orders using; Famous®, Itrade®, Foodlink®

Prepare monthly expense reports for Key Account Managers’ company credit cards

Assist the Key Account Managers with quick reporting and trade show preparation

Provide the Sales team with assistance while account managers are out of office.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success

Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members

Handle customer inquiries and issues

Gain skills, knowledge, and experience that will benefit in your future.

Excellent computer skills and previous office administration experience (an asset).

Support all Sales Representatives with data entry of ticket orders and ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely fashion.
