Overview The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for assisting the Resident Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property. This includes providing customer service, enforcing rules and regulations, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. Detailed Job Description The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for assisting the Resident Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property. This includes providing customer service, enforcing rules and regulations, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. The Assistant Resident Manager will also be responsible for handling tenant inquiries, responding to maintenance requests, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of local laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
