Provide exceptional customer service to our existing and new clients over the phone, in person and via email

Preparing promotional material and organizing virtual educational events and presentations.

Must be able to help us organize the multitude of projects in a project manager of your choosing

Supporting the CMO project organization.

Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities.

Minimum 3 years of underwriting or credit and collection experience.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of database and Microsoft Office software/programs.

Provide guidance and support to consumers experiencing financial hardship.

Analyze and implement optimal workout solutions in line with Sagen policies based on unique consumer circumstances.

$54.02 per hour, Pay Grade 17
