Asset Reconciliations Analyst Jobs

You have database understanding and/or SQL skills and are familiar with navigating multiple systems/platforms/portal sites, etc. simultaneously to achieve your goal.

You have a good working knowledge of the FinTech Industry, specifically Payment Facilitators, and the surrounding financial obligations.

· Experience with Microsoft Office, TLM, BESS, PEGA

· 2+ years of work experience in the above listed products.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline. M.com, MBA in finance or accounting preferred

· 1-3 years of Reconciliation and Accounting Background Experience

Swaps, bond forward, equity options

· The Settlements analyst to Affirm / confirm cash settlement for executed deals with the various counterparties

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including revenue analysis reports, variance analysis, and management reports.

1 to 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting or related field

Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable.

College or Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a focus on revenue analysis and bank reconciliations.

Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

Manage the collateral management and reporting component of an assigned portfolio of Asset Based Lending (ABL) accounts.

Ensure daily monitoring of client loan positions, identifying trends and notifying Portfolio Management of any deterioration.

Identify and be alert for revenue opportunities that can be taken to Portfolio Management for consideration.

Assist Portfolio Management and Associates with adhoc requests as needed.

Submit and approve administrative electronic transaction requests and monitor receipt of reporting requirements for ABL and non-ABL borrowing clients.

Monitor client’s compliance to the terms and conditions of loan and other agreements, ensuring client is operating within ABL requirements.

Relevant university degree (such as Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent relevant experience with Investment Finance processes

Good background skills and knowledge of accounting and reconciliation processes

Under the guidance of team members, carries out daily work within the Investment Finance “units”:

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to think through problems, assess a variety of factors and recommend a solution

Excellent quantitative and computer skills (Excel and Access), including an understanding of database concepts

Identify service gaps provided to client groups and makes suggestions to management for improvement.

Assume project work outside of the general reconciliation process as determined by management.

University degree or college diploma in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3-5 years’ experience in an industrial shop maintenance, or operational environment in a data management intensive role

Strong background in asset management and knowledge of asset management principles is considered an asset

Supports department in development of Asset Management Plans as well as budgeting and other financial analyses

Other duties as assigned by department as it relates to Asset Management

Excellent financial literacy, knowledge of capital planning, and business case requirements

Stakeholder management, accurate project tracking, co-ordination across teams and partner applications, reporting and timely escalation in case of issues

End to End Project management, with stakeholder management and communications

Testing Management End to EndUAT , with reporting

Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation / presentation skills

Hands on experience in Recon (Reconciliation) design and build incl. TLM rules config,core controls, data ingestion and transformation.

Hands on experience in Unix and SQL

·End to End Project management, with stakeholder management and communications

·Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation / presentation skills

·Hands on experience in Unix and SQL

·Hands on experience on build strategic (Recon Tool based) and tactical solutions (RPA / dashboards / reporting)

3+ years of experience within the Wealth Management, platform, banking or other relevant industry.
