Asset Maintenance Manager Jobs

5+ years progressive work experience in roles with relevant skill requirements (ideally in asset management/development, or property management).

Knowledgeable about property management, accounting, and tenant service applications.

Manage Insurance information, Appraisal valuations, and Property Tax assessments.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in cross-functional internal teams and manage multiple assignments.

Strong analytical skills with genuine curiosity to find the “why”.

10 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering

Knowledge and understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance and engineering

Computer skills: maintenance scheduling software, office software (Excel, Access and Word), advanced digital tools (PowerBI).

Knowledge of statistical tools (6 sigma).

Good written and oral communication skills

Good communicator, strong interpersonal skills, promoter of cross-department cooperation
