3 years of experience in coordinating research programs or projects is required

Prior experience working with community partners on research projects is a strong asset

Should have 5+ years of strong project management experience with Workday HCM application.

Should have overall 12-15 years of working experience with HCM applications like Oracle , SAP , Peoplesoft

Should have Techno Functional expertise in Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll modules in Workday

Should be able to work with business users to gather requirements, write functional and technical specifications and communicate technical requirements.

Should have demonstrated managing the integration development process, coordinating schedules and managing the outsourced partner resources to ensure timelines are met.

Should be able to review the delivered work packets from the completeness perspective
