Previous experience as a Life Cycle Materiel Manager with hull and/or other marine systems;

Analyzing requirements associated with baseline changes to the ships configuration, equipment and software;

Supporting Classification Society surveys and other certification approvals; and

Possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated technical professional work experience in the marine/offshore sector within the last 10 years;

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Supporting software management changes and development of requirements documentation.

Previous experience as a Life Cycle Materiel Manager with marine auxiliary and mechanical systems;

Analyzing requirements associated with baseline changes to the ships configuration, equipment and software;

Possess a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated technical professional work experience in the marine/offshore sector within the last 10 years;

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office;

Strong communication skills (oral and written);

Ability to operate related equipment.

Ability to deal with others effectively.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

5 years of progressive Project Management experience within a high-tech environment, preferably in the readiness and/or software implementation/SaaS space

Experience with the Kinaxis RapidResponse® platform and supply chain management principles considered an asset

Champion the Deployment Readiness Management process and enablement tools with internal and external stakeholders

Experience working with implementation Partners

Experience in project and issue tracking tools, such as but not limited to Jira

Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

University Degree in Education, Communication, Human Resources, or related field as required.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Partner and provide leadership to maintaining effective relationships with Indigenous peoples across different communities.

Work collaboratively with the Company’s Indigenous partners and contractors to ensure culture alignment and sensitivity.

Collaborate with all NexGen departments to ensure ongoing dialogue on the importance of Indigenous relations and engagement.
