Area Works Supervisor Jobs in Quebec

Must be able to follow direction from the Management Team as well as show initiative and prioritize tasks independently.

Supervisors will report directly to the Regional Manager. Responsible for motivating and managing a team of Merchandisers year-round.

Communicate daily with your Team as well as the Regional Manager

Will communicate with store contacts, manage inventory supplies and order product to maintain adequate stocks levels in the garden centers.

Responsible for unloading plant deliveries and merchandising them in garden centres to create an organized and pleasant customer shopping experience.

University or college education in horticulture considered an asset.

Excellent knowledge of the management of lump-sum or on-demand public contracts;

Excellent knowledge of administrative processes related to the management of construction works;

Significant experience in the coordination and management of construction projects (suppliers, contracts, schedule monitoring)

Great responsiveness, analysis and rigor in the management of files

Excellent knowledge of the techniques used in the construction and renovation of buildings and their components;

Excellent knowledge of assemblies and typical construction details;
