An Undergraduate Degree or a combination of relevant project management/coordination certifications and work experience

Understanding of Service functions inside of Project Management

Interface and communicate with the Facilities Project Management Office as well as IT Technical Services in relation to Facilities driven projects

Lead in the creation and assembly of all documentation which complies with current IT service offering standards

A management approved combination of education and experience may be considered.

Excellent knowledge of FOIP legislation, and other relevant laws and bylaws.

Two (2) years' experience managing information and FOIP in a related field.

Professional certification from the Privacy & Access Council of Canada (PACC) is considered an asses.

Strong understanding of related Police information systems and applications, including Canadian Police Information Centre, Justice Online Information Network and Versadex.

Good knowledge of SharePoint and Contract Administration Management System.

Training and developing the team on contract management. Carry out talent review and follow up their development.

Involvement in contract management meetings with the operations team to create contract awareness and address contractual matters.

Use of Contract Administration Management System such as Unifier, Dalux, ASite, CEMAR, etc…

Encourage the Area Station Manager and construction team to maintain records and daily reports.

Working with the project team to manage project activities to deliver the works on time, to budget and the specified quality.

Manage social media facebook account for your area

To gain partnerships with the program

Collect and keep track of inventory from our business partners

Person to person delivery of welcome packages to new residents

To attend one team zoom call each week

Have an understanding of apps such as Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Gmail etc. ( training will be provided)

Strong leadership, organizational, planning and time management skills are required.

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Liaises with Career Services to obtain Work Learn positions. Delivers on all requirements of work learn positions.

Proven oral and written communication and editing skills.

Strong command of the English language and writing skills.

Knowledge of Apple and PC computer systems; proficiency with StatCrew / Daktronics statistical systems an asset.

Interacting with project managers, superintendents, foremen, owner, engineers, consultants, general contractor, subcontractors, and other sub trades

5+ years’ related hands-on field or trade experience in a leadership role

3-5 years’ project coordination experience

Great problem solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and great organization skills

Good knowledge of construction practices and construction industry
