Manage employee/ labour relations through appropriate application of Collective Agreement

Crisis Management and C-Suite communication experience.

Project or Program management experience.

Acts as a subject matter expert on best practices to support the customer experience.

We are hiring an Area Operations Coordinator for our Calgary office!

Duties & Responsabilities: 1st level of management "Above_Shop."

Provides feedback on key performance indicators and partners with store management to develop action plans.

Communicates and coaches store management/franchisees district-wide policies and procedures, initiatives, product information, and marketing programs.

-Operational execution complexity: corporate/franchise mix, store operator capabilities. Years of experience/tenure are not a factor in leveling.

Manages multiple stores within an assigned district, ensuring store operations are profitable, providing excellent customer service, and controlling costs.

Generally manages the equivalent of annual corporate store volume (revenue) of up to 5MM USD.

Must be a proactive, independent, hands-on operations leader and possess strong organizational and project management skills.

Previous experience working in a multi unit environment is preferred

Assist and direct the property leadership in achieving revenue growth, market share performance and sales initiatives.

Effectively act as a mentor to the property leadership teams.

Participate in strategic planning, development and coordination of initiatives for the hotel group, setting up goals related to established strategy.

Participate in annual budgeting and planning for each property

Strong time management and organizational skills

Proven experience in opening new accounts, which includes cold-calling and lead prospecting and development

Managing heavy civil/highway projects, construction, business and financial risk management experience

Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.

Provides technical guidance and resources to the project management team to ensure projects progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.

Proven knowledge and ability to manage claims process and negotiate with Owner regarding project issues.

Provides technical expertise to project bids by working closely with estimating, engineers, project managers and bid review committees.

Assists project managers with Owner relations, presentations and change order requests, as needed.

Manage productivity for fixing productivity parameters for Collection Officers Agencies/In-house team

More than 5 years of relevant experience in Collections role

Negotiations skills - strong bias for driving results in a High performance environment

Strong Relationship and Leadership skills
