Skill Requirements: Apprentices must possess the physical and mental capabilities to perform the tasks associated with their chosen trade. This may include manual dexterity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Qualifications: Apprentices must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some apprenticeships may require additional qualifications such as a college degree or specialized training. Knowledge: Apprentices must have a basic understanding of the trade they are entering and be willing to learn new skills. Experience: Apprentices must have some experience in the field they are entering, either through a related job or through a related course of study. Responsibilities: Apprentices are responsible for learning the skills necessary to perform their job and for following instructions from their supervisor.
