Diploma or Degree in Design with compulsory 3D requirements or equivalent work experience

Apparel or textile industry experience with knowledge of garment construction, fabrications and colours/patterns is an asset

Minimum of 2 years of proficient experience in 3D Design Software

Knowledge in Apparel design software and/or CLO 3D is an asset

Knowledge and use of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance)

CRM knowledge (Experience with Pipedrive preferred)

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail, organization and multi-tasking skills

Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Proven experience in developing and nurturing existing accounts

Experience in the world of retail, fashion and apparels is an asset

5–7 years progressive experience and well versed in brand/category management, procurement, contract negotiation and vendor management within the retail industry;

Strong organizational, project leadership, and time management skills;

Manage assortments, inventory, and finances for each vendor.

3 - 5 years’ managerial experience;

Use Nudge where possible to inform staff of new products/offers

Collaborate with Inventory Planner to implement and manage supply chain initiatives to optimize performance metrics;

$65,000-80,000 annual salary, based on experience

Lead the production team that manages heat press, screen press and embroidery

Manage shift and production schedules

Previous experience with apparel decoration (heat press, screen press, or embroidery)

Experience managing staff and training new employees

Monday to Friday Daytime hours

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Degree or diploma in graphic design; degree or certification in usability, human-computer interaction, and technical writing a plus

Experience in facilitate User Research and Usability testing. Accessibility compliance testing is a plus.

CSS3 , JS skills (React, Angular, NodeJS) are a plus.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

Motion graphic experience (After Effects preferred)

Experience with Keynote and/or Powerpoint

Experience with Cinema 4D or CGI creation

Experience with Adobe XD, or Figma

Able to manage several concurrent projects without missing a beat
