Experience in Project Definition, Management, and Execution

Support the sales team in helping customers understand how they can benefit from TechConnect solutions and service offerings

Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to our vendor partners, peers and management

Demonstrated ability in time management to consistently meet scheduled deadlines

Understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving business challenges problems using technology

- Facilitate knowledge transfer to the delivery team during the transition from sales to project delivery.

- AWS Solution Architect Pro certification.

- 5+ years of experience architecting, building, and operating solutions on AWS.

- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, application, database, and/or networking architecture.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with highly available and fault-tolerant architectures.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science with 5-10 years’ experience

• 5+ years of experience with Payment methodologies, including PCI compliance, SOX

• 5+ years Java development experience building enterprise applications

• 5+ years of experience with PII, GDPR, Global Compliance strategies

• Experience on microservice based applications

• Experience with event-based and message-driven distributed systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as they will be working closely with clients, technical teams, and management.

Create detailed technical documentation representing system architecture and functional requirements;

Act as a technical representative on calls with account manager and customer;

Interact and communicate with client Technical SPOC to understand their requirements and provide solutions;

3-5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a software solution architect role.

Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns and principles;

Referral/Requisition Manager: Designing and participating in testing of referral and requisition management workflows.

Lead in the areas of requirements documentation, workflow analysis, system design, testing, and implementation for healthcare clients.

Experience with a large scale, cross-site and cross-care Cerner HIM / Health Information enterprise design and implementation

Data Quality: Optimizing remediation workflows for client identity documentation, orders, clinical documentation and mass electronic chart remediation.

Contribute to the department’s knowledge base, the development of the delivery framework and project management activities using Kanban methodologies

Hands-on experience with Dynamic 365 implementations & customizations (Sales, operation, finance customer service )

Help coordinate cross-functional requirements gathering and implementation

3 years, or more, of experience in a similar role

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform implementations & customizations (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, etc.)

Experience in software development (C#/.NET, Java, etc.)

Threat Management Systems ( UTMs ), IDS/IPS, Zero Trust Network Access ( ZTNA) , Cloud

• Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large enterprise

• 5+ years of experience in software development and/or solution architecture.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.

• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MongoDB.

• Experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration

• Understand business needs and develop a solution strategy to meet those needs.

• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the needs of the business.
