Manage accounts payable and act as an A/P treasurer, monitoring and processing payables efficiently.

Perform additional accounting-related duties as needed to support the finance team.

Manage prepaids and ensure proper accounting treatment.

Work with the finance team to perform various general accounting tasks.

Solid knowledge of intermediate accounting principles and practices.

Previous experience with QuickBooks Online and ability to download and manipulate data.

Knowledge in and the ability to apply the principles of health information management, project management, and change management

University undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., business, public or health administration, computer science, library sciences or information management) required

Minimum three years’ experience working in a healthcare, university, or government agency environment required

Canadian certification with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (CIPP/C) or an equivalent credential is an asset

Experience working with health information

Demonstrated experience providing privacy guidance and conducting privacy impact assessments (PIAs) on IM/IT projects

Broad knowledge of learning management systems.

Project Management and change management certification would be considered an asset

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical environment (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

Experience designing and delivering education to healthcare learners is considered an asset. Physician training experience considered an asset

Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the design and implementation of pedagogically sound learning in a clinical setting

Contribute to design of Education & Learning materials for all OPOR users, including by user segment

Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Lineage and Data Management.

At least 5-6 years of development experience with strong Collibra knowledge.

Requires 7+ years experience in the IT industry

Experience leading multiple Collibra implementations, SAAS implementation preferred

Experience and strong proficiency with workflow development tools.

Ideal candidate should be located in Canada. (BC/Alberta preferred)

Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively

Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions

Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards

Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase

Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process

Well-developed organizational and communications skills

Proven good attendance record with capabilities of maintaining this same standard

Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills

Organizational Skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability and willingness to learn new skills and tasks

Performing unit and integration testing

Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity

Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals

Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction

Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store

Assist in bi-annual inventory cycle

Follow all store operational policies and procedures
