Knowledge of Sales, Finance, and Market-making activities - including foreign exchange, commodities, and Prime brokerage

Manage work efficiently to meet production goals and project deliverables.

Assist with other responsibilities as needed, such as file assignments, and request for information tracking and routing.

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Journalism, Criminal Justice or related field. Masters’ degree or JD a plus.

Knowledge of Investment Banking products and services and processes - including estate planning and other complex structures

Knowledge of Corporate investment and lending activities and credit products

You have strong time management and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

You are knowledgeable in clarifying design requirements for server and web-based software application development

Post-secondary education in a discipline in an area related to assigned duties such as Computer Science or Information Technology.

4+ years of experience in functional business analysis and leadership working with complex, integrated systems.

You have experience in the Financial and IT industry relating to Business and Functional analysis.

You have strong knowledge of online transaction processing.

·Knowledge of SAP, GEP SMART, and Wellview.

·Effective interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build & maintain effective, trusting relationships with internal stakeholders.

·Knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures (purchase requisitions and invoicing).

·Hybrid model: able to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays.

·Ensure timely and accurate review and processing of invoices for payment (authority, 3-way match, coding, PO, etc.).

·Confirm material receipt/services rendered for all invoices.
