SAP Alliance Strategy and Operations Director Jobs

Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or partnership management roles.

Professional certifications in alliance management or related fields are a plus.

Ensure approaches are in full compliance with all legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Lead and support the development of partnership manuals to improve collaboration with external vendors.

Demonstrating complex Alliance management and Sales skills. And, building trust with the Alliance

Experiences And Skills You’ll Use To Solve

Understanding client business issues and matching them to service capabilities/revenue opportunities

Hands-on experience in a series of progressive sales / marketing roles, within a professional services firm or large corporation

Previous experience in Alliance Sales

Demonstrated understanding of Sales & Relationship Experience working in a dynamic, sophisticated environment where change is the norm

Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills; ability to build trust and confidence.

Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and complex projects and initiatives at one time.

In-depth knowledge of sales management, and relationship and opportunity tools and processes

Ability to manage ambiguity and successfully navigate large, matrixed organizations. Ability to understand complex service offerings and client issues

Drive the execution of the Client Experience (CX) program for the segment (supported by the CX and Business Development (BD) teams).

Proven experience building and maintaining relationship with executives

Accountable for the alliance management of one or more supplier(s) within or across model(s) / service line(s)

May have responsibility for line management or coaching of junior members of the team

Proactively identifies and manages risks at the supplier/model/service line level

Ensures understanding of roles and responsibilities across delivery teams for assigned delivery model(s) / service line(s)

Strong experience from within the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization

Detailed knowledge of clinical and pharmaceutical drug development process at various phases of development

5+ years of progressive, transferable work experience. Experience in management consulting, health care, and Not-For-Profit are considered an asset.

Provide project management and analytical support for Foundation key initiatives and projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this role will display the following qualifications and skills:

Ability to manage project work streams and activities, including the coordination of project resources and the application of project management processes.

Demonstrated experience, knowledge and skills in financial management, and risk management

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in human resource management, including the ability to lead and motivate staff and volunteers
