Controls the management of overtime:

Identifies applicable training needs for its planning and ensures workload balancing to ensure sound management of working hours.

Provides management reports to establish indicators and findings related to coordination of short-term schedule.

High school diploma or equivalent experience

 Order, install, and return parts and manages repair parts cycle time

 Possesses basic technical knowledge on the company’s Trace and X-Ray technologies.

Possess excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to multi task several projects at once.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.

Responsible for meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction

 Installs, repairs and maintains equipment in the field; provides customer training as required.

The operations supervisor supports the team in the management of daily operations and does the necessary follow-ups in specific situations.

Support the existing ORAT networks in the region by providing additional capacity and diverse experience

Good interpersonal skills crucial for team-based working, often in distributed offices.

Given the specific requirements at outstations, a minimum of 2 years’ Airline Industry experience is required.

Admin Accountabilities (back office duties)

Knowledge of Basic Fares and Ticketing would be advantageous

k) Carry out Credit Card verification and travel document checks diligently.

f) Ensure all invoices are processed within specified time frame, as per Accounts SLA.

g) Monitor and replenish stocks of revenue and other airline stationery to ensure a smooth operation.
