Assist with management of customer cases and RMA’s, including tracking and responding to support inquiries;

Certification and demonstrated skills in through hole and surface mount soldering and rework;

Ability to multi-task, employ effective time management, and work independently with minimal supervision;

Uphold close relationships with regional sales managers to support customers.

Ability to work with technical sales specialist and sales managers;

Basic oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certifications

Support Umbrella program staff in implementing specific classroom and child management techniques, as recommended by the Inclusion Supervisor

Medical background experience, administration of insulin with meals using adjustable dose pen and recording blood sugar readings

Demonstrates awareness and knowledge of How Does Learning Happen is an asset

A PhD in public health, health services, or a related discipline, and/or relevant work experience

Evidence of highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills, including the ability to influence others and drive change.

Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, development, and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.

Promptly reporting any potentially dangerous situations to the School Zone Safety Program Manager and Coordinator.
