3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role is required

Must be able to pass the Alberta Adjuster's License exam immediately, as this is a requirement for this position

Prompt contact and follow-up with policyholders and claimants

You will support the Store Management to inspire and coach the team

2-5 years experience in a similar role, within the Fashion/Luxury sector

Knowledge of one or more foreign language(s) is a plus for this position

Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Manage challenging coverage claims with tact and professionalism

Obtain approval from Manager on claims above authority

Manage claims in litigation, participate in mediations, pre-trials and settlement conferences

Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Unit Manager

Minimum of 3-5 years experience handling auto claims or related experience

2-5 years of Auto Adjusting experience
