Administrative And Payroll Assistant Jobs in British Columbia

Prepares documentation as requested to support management

Supports recruitment through posting vacancies internally and externally, applicant pre-screening, reference checks, requesting of offer letters, new hire paperwork

Ensures team member files are maintained and in compliance with legal requirements

Demonstrated experience in a confidential administrative role, HR experience preferred

Experience with ComVida is considered an asset

Demonstrated organizational abilities and abilities to prioritize and meet deadlines

Experience in the trucking industry is an asset

Trucking experience is an asset

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 years in payroll position

Knowledge with the following software is an asset:

$48-$55 a year depending on experience

$50,000-$60,000 per year depending on experience

-Managing fuel purchase chargebacks for owner operator tractors

-Preparing IFTA reporting for AB and BC
