5 years of Retail Management experience (as a general manager or any other sector focused on customer experience)

Provide leadership and shape the customer centric culture at the store.

Lead referral-based business development to grow sales and customer loyalty.

Develop and execute SolutionShop (printing, digital marketing, shipping and tech services) business development strategies.

Working knowledge of SSL and SSL certificate management

Aws/Azure Experiences and Certification a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Effective communication skills to communicate with support personnel, customers, and managers

Experience in Internet & Webhosting Architecture under Linux/Windows Operating System, including DMZ best practices
