Accounting Rebate Coordinator Jobs in Ontario

8-10 years of experience (preferred), can be flexible on years of experience

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

Create, manage, and maintain budgets for both the Dealer Organization and Training Departments

Monitor & reconcile budgets monthly, revising/retiming forecasts as required and review monthly with managers

Analyze (SOW) statement of work for competitive bids and assist managers/stakeholders and Purchasing department with procurement process.

Manage onboarding/offboarding of Field staff to the Field Contact Tool – Dealer Success. Become a SME of the tool.

Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task several projects at one time

2+ years of accounting experience

Experience working with Quick books (or similar accounting system)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables)

Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening)

General knowledge of financial statements for Holding Companies
