Account Receivable Clerk Jobs in Quebec

3 weeks of vacation depending on experience

Human and team spirit manager

Education: High school diploma required, AEC in Accounting considered an asset

Work Experience: 6 months to 5 years with receivable

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).

Full insurance day 1 included dental paid at 100% by the company

1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable

Group insurance as of 3 months which includes:

Dynamic work team, good atmosphere;

Communicate with customers (overdue accounts) to establish a specific collection agreement;

Follow up on past due accounts with customers (age of accounts);

ProCess charges/returns on customer credit cards;

Excellent communication skills (English and French)

Strong Microft Office Suite skills

Monitor and stay current on all shipping activities

Prepare shipping notices, bill of lading, invoices

Support shipping priorities to meet schedules

Schedule delivery appointments following company's procedure and respecting customer agreements

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Additional education in accounting or finance is beneficial but not always mandatory.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and finance, to resolve customer queries and issues.
