Account Director – Shopper Marketing Jobs

Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, staff & management.

Manage communication and marketing services as the key contact between the business team and Marketing.

Ensure strong and clear brand communication with our customers, while balancing business requirements and objectives.

Manage and direct budgets to achieve company and vendor goals.

Project manage key initiatives with cross functional players.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and the ability to deal with senior levels of the organization

Proven experience in client onboarding, relationship management, and project coordination.

Familiarity with email management tools and video conferencing platforms.

Manage a team of professionals to complete client deliverables within agreed-upon timelines.

Create and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads for clients' meal prep businesses.

Build and optimize Shopify sites for clients, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.

Conduct Zoom meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer strategic recommendations.

Work with the Shopper Marketing Leads and Department Managers to execute strategic advertising and marketing plans to drive business results.

Retail Marketing experience an asset.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

5+ years' experience in Consumer Packaged Goods Marketing preferably with shopper marketing - Tier 1 CPG will be given priority

Experience negotiating and working with marketing agencies and delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives and deliver established KPIs

Strong business acumen with excellent financial, analytical, logical & quantitative skills

Sense of urgency, hands-on, ability to prioritize is critical, strong presentation skills

Demonstrates strong thought leadership and problem-solving abilities
