**Applicants must be a professional educator or a current student of educational studies

Provide expertise in the management of complex disability cases with respect to cost containment and legislative requirements in a unionized environment;

Three years of experience in the field of disability management, rehabilitation, case management, and return to work programs;

Administer disability claims management and coordinate the early and safe return to work for ill/injured employees;

A Certified Disability Management Professional (CDMP) or Certified Return to Work Coordinator (CRTWC) designation;

Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, disability management software such as Parklane, and timekeeping software such as KRONOS;

Receive and manage customer complaints via various communication channels (phone, email)

Experience with accounting software systems (Sage, Salesforce, and Zuora) is a plus

Bachelor's Degree OR 1+ year(s) of order entry, support, or sales Experience
