Asset Management Specialist

Job Duties
  • Cold eyes review of critical rotating equipment design and installation including high speed un-spared charge pumps and compressors.
  • Deployment of two document management systems
  • Audits and develops reports related to reliability, maintenance, and engineering design.
  • Repairs to critical rotating equipment
  • Manages National Maintenance Process
  • Identified rotating equipment reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs of refinery rotating, electrical, instrument and pressure equipment
  • Manage inspection team, rotating equipment, instrument, and electrical specialists.
  • Develops rotating equipment design and installation guidelines.
  • Responsible for selection, installation and troubleshooting of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps and compressors.
  • Co-architects of corporate reliability and maintenance processes
  • Identify and implement improvements to rotating equipment.
  • Start-up and commissioning of new and refurbished rotating equipment.

Experience


  • Maintenance and reliability business process development
  • Document Management
  • Management of technical terms
  • Forty years of experience in oil and gas/refinery
  • P. Eng certification
  • Extensive experience working on refinery projects.
  • ERP master data
  • Reliability analysis
  • Mechanical equipment specification and selection
  • Rotating equipment
